Less than 2 weeks to go...

Remember last week I told you about my Stability Ball Strength e-book? Well, whilst I told you about the general idea of the e-book I forgot to tell you about what makes this report different from any other you might have read before.

I've created something that will deliver enough information to absolutely guarantee results over the coming weeks.

For example, on page 4 I've have provided a full explanation for the core and the important muscles that are responsible for core function.

On page 5 I’ve described the different methods of engaging the core muscles in preparation for stability and strength training.

And on page 8 I've drawn up a table to make sure that you choose the right stability ball for your height. This will ensure that you are able to perform stability ball exercises safely and effectively.

But that's not all. I've also added nearly 50 innovative and effective exercises for all levels and abilities.

The only place you can get a copy now is over at http://www.12daysoffitness.com/ as I've donated the whole thing to an amazing project called 12 DAYS OF FITNESS where over 250 of the world's leading fitness experts are giving away free information on how to get into tip top shape... yes, for FREE!

So not only will you get a copy of my e-book, Stability Ball Strength, but you'll also get hundreds of others as well. Not a bad Christmas gift right?

So get over to http://www.12daysoffitness.com/ now and sign up for your FREE fitness goodies today!

More 12 Days of Fitness News

I would like to invite you to take part in the world's largest ever fitness information gift-giving, http://www.12daysoffitness.com/ where an estimated 500,000 people will benefit from the combined fitness expertise of over 250 personal trainers, physical therapists and nutritionists.

I have been chosen from thousands of fitness experts in recognition of my specialist knowledge in the area of stability ball training and I will re-release my latest e-book called Stability Ball Strength, which is aimed at helping individuals to increase their total body strength through stability training.

The reason I created this e-book is because I believe that a lack of strength and stability has become a real problem to so many people who have tried all of the traditional approaches developing their functional strength and yet still failed to achieve appreciable results. I wanted to give people a simple, straightforward, yet seriously effective means to achieving a strong, stable, pain-free body.

What makes the release of this report so special is that it's going to be part of a much bigger program as part of Dax Moy's '12 days of fitness' program where we anticipate that over 500,000 people will receive advice and help with achieving their health and fitness goals for 2009. To have been selected for such an important role within the project is a great honour indeed"

You can receive your own free copy of Stability Ball Strength and hundreds of others for free by visiting http://www.12daysoffitness.com/ and getting your name onto the gift list which will begin delivering fitness gifts worldwide from December 10th.

12 Days of Fitness Extravaganza

Leading Fitness Experts Give the Gift of Health to World with Biggest Ever Health and Fitness Giveaway this Festive Season.

On Wednesday, December 10, Dax Moy and over 250 of the world's top fitness professionals will open the doors on the World’s largest ever health and fitness gift-giving, set to generate positive health for over 500,000 people this Christmas.

The program, called ’12 days of fitness’ initially began when the UK's leading fitness professional, Dax Moy, wanted to express his gratitude to his clients and offered them a gift a day for 12 consecutive days as his twist of the 12 Days of Christmas.

Last year Moy shared this idea with fellow fitness professional Pat Rigsby and they expanded the 12 Days of Fitness to include not only their own clients but to the world at large and gave fitness gifts to over 200,000 people who signed up at the site at http://www.12daysoffitness.com/.

This year, with the help of 250 of the world's top personal trainers, nutritionists, therapists and specialist fitness experts, the 12 days of fitness is set to become the biggest fitness gift giveaway in history with expected downloads of over 500,000 between the 10th and 22nd of December. "There’s never been another health event like this, where so many people stand to benefit from the expertise of true professionals for free” says Moy who has been working flat out to make this year’s 12 days a success.

“Fitness professionals from around the globe have contributed hundreds of e-books, reports, videos, meal plans and other free gifts in their hope of making 2009 the year that anyone, regardless or their location, financial situation or past failures, can finally reach their fitness goals and make those New Year's Resolutions a reality once and for all.”

Perhaps the best part of the 12 Days of Fitness giveaway is that regardless of a persons health or fitness goals, there are going to be gifts specifically designed to help them achieve success.

"We've received gifts designed for busy mom's, elite athletes, bodybuilders, back pain sufferers and pretty much anyone else you can imagine covering everything from fat loss to rehabilitation and everything in between.

There literally will be something for everyone this year and all of it free, making it, without a doubt, one of the most important gifts anyone will receive this year. After all, what’s more important than health?"

The 12 days of gift giving starts December 10th but those interested are urged to visit http://www.12daysoffitness.com/ right away to sign up for their free gifts.

Once enrolled, participants will get a daily email telling them how to access each of the new gifts that are being added each day as well as a reminder on how to access previous gifts.

To guarantee a healthy start to 2009, simply visit http://www.12daysoffitness.com/ today.

Blogger's Digest

I am sure everybody reading this post has suffered from indigestion at some point. This usually occurs after eating a large meal. Symptoms can include heartburn, nausea, bloating, burping, flatulence and loss of appetite. So what can we do to eliminate these symptoms?

One idea is to go for a short walk after a main meal which increases metabolism and initiates digestion. Take time eating your meals - this gives the digestive system to kick into gear, and don't eat within one hour of going to bed. If you have trouble sleeping then raise your head to encourage gravity to take it's natural course and process your food. You can also buy various over-the-counter treatments.

In the long term though indigestion can be reduced by maintaining your digestive health, and this is where exercise and nutrition comes in. Small meals and regular intervals during the day not only maintains a high metabolism but eases the strain on the digestive organs (which are put under immense strain after a large meal).

Increasing fibre intake helps to speed the passage of food through the gut and consuming less alcohol and caffeine. Both substances are diuretics which reduce water and digestive fluid retention.

x10 Training

x10 Training is a great fat-burning, strength-building workout based on a 10 repetition exercise program. Studies have shown that 10 repetitions of a particular exercise is optimal for increasing strength, power and stability as well as increasing metabolic rate which burns more calories.

A typical x10 Training session is short but VERY intense. You must choose a minimum of 4 different exercises and complete 10 repetitions of each. These can be upper or lower body exercises depending on what part of the body you want to target on a particular workout. You can use any piece of equipment and perform as many sets as you wish. For effective results perform no more than 3 sets and adjust the weight/resistance accordingly.

The video below is an example of a x10 Training workout using one of my favourite pieces of fitness equipment at the moment...the kettlebell. Stay tuned for more x10 Training workouts in the near future, and don't forget to leave your comments on this workout. Enjoy!
