x10 Training Stability Ball Workout

Since the release of my e-book Stability Ball Strength before Christmas I have been looking for more ways to help people keep in shape using the stability ball.

The three vidoes below provide quick and easy workout solutions for the gym or in the home, aimed at all levels. The routines involve 10 repetitions of between 4 and 5 exercises, and you can perform these sets as many times as you like, either with or without a rest period.

not bad workouts, my only advice to you is that you need to work on not letting your knee pass your toes on you lunges and your squats, it is very bad for your knees when the do.

Thanks for your comments. A better indicator of bad form with a squat or lunge is when your heels come of the floor, thereby taking all your body weight on your forefoot and toe. This puts extra strain on the knees.

Good workouts!
I like the plyometrics lunges and squat jumps, and single legs squats in particular. I use all those exercises in my core classes, in combination with using the med ball, and bosu. Thanks for the videos!

i agree with both comments knees over the toes - and Tom was not completely over on the video but getting there... - and lifting heels off the floor cause strain on the knees... also we really do not need to go over the 90 degree flexion at the knee in fact for some that tend to sink in their hips half way mark (that is squatting and holding half way)becomes much more challenging... i also tend to look at the spine position to ensure pelvis does not come fwd as we squat or under the ball... i liked the videos ... a new one for me was the single leg squat and bend i usually do it with a medicine ball or a free weight holding it on the same side of the lifted leg... but tried your version with the ball Tom and it's awesome and will definately use it in the future thank you
